Scream Club is a free weekly meetup where we gather by the lake, set an intention, and scream - together. No therapy, no judgment, no small talk. Just a raw release of whatever’s been weighing you down.

Whether it’s frustration, burnout, heartbreak, or just the pressure of holding it together all week, this is your chance to let go.

We meet at 7PM sharp

Short grounding/intention setting

Group scream facing the lake

Optional hang after

Come as you are. You don’t have to say anything. You just have to show up.

Bring yourself, bring water if needed. Bring whatever’s been stuck inside.
