Briq Haus Pilates Outdoor Class Waiver

By registering for and participating in this Briq Haus Pilates class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness classes, including Pilates and Sculpt, involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with this activity.

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical concerns, injuries, or conditions.

I agree to listen to my body during class and modify or stop participation as needed. I understand that instructors may offer guidance, but I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being.

I release and hold harmless Briq Haus Pilates, its owners, instructors (including Jezette), and any affiliated partners, including the Downtown Frederick Partnership, from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in this class.

I understand that this class takes place outdoors and that I may be exposed to varying weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and other environmental factors. I accept full responsibility for these conditions.

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on their behalf.

I consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
