Join Nike Trainer Taina Manigat for a free weekly sculpt class designed to build strength, stability, and endurance. Using resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and strength-based conditioning, this full-body workout delivers an effective training experience that's accessible to all fitness levels.



Whether you're looking to elevate your fitness routine, improve overall strength, or connect with fellow community members through movement, this energizing series offers a supportive environment to challenge yourself and feel your strongest all summer long.

Waiver of Liability, Release and Assumption of Risk
Acknowledgment of Risks and Hazards: By engaging in the fitness classes at the Atlantic Terminal Plaza (collectively, the “Facilities”), you understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, both foreseen and unforeseen. These risks may arise from performing physical activities, and/or using the facilities, equipment and services provided. You understand that injuries or damage could occur due to natural causes, your actions and/or the actions of others, including other users or third parties, whether these actions are a result of negligence or otherwise.  You specifically acknowledge that the Facilities will not be staffed at all times and, if and to the extent you use the Facilities and/or the facilities, equipment and/or machinery in the Facilities (collectively, “Equipment”), you agree that you shall be doing so at your own risk and that no staff will be available to assist you during such times, including, without limitation, in the case that any issues and/or emergencies arise during such times.
Assumption of Risk: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, and injury to person or property that may arise from, or be related to, your use of the Facilities and/or your participation in any related activity, whether such risk is known or unknown to you.
Medical Disclaimer: You should consult with your physician or general practitioner before using any Equipment, before participating in any activities and before beginning any new fitness program. The use of information provided through the Facilities is solely at your own risk and is not medical or healthcare advice.  By becoming a user of the Facilities, and by your signature below, you acknowledge that you are an adult and physically fit and mentally capable of (1) performing the physical activities in which you choose to participate and (2) operating the Equipment that you choose to operate and use.
Member Conduct: You are expected to act in a respectful and socially acceptable manner while using the Facilities and to be mindful of other individuals’ physical and personal space. Management reserves the right to remove you from the Facility and/or revoke, suspend, or otherwise limit your access if you engage in any conduct or behavior considered inappropriate, indecent, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise in violation of these policies.  You must comply with the customary rules and conditions for use of the Equipment and participation in any related activity.  You are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear when using any Equipment and participating in any activities. Management may deny you use of the Facilities if you do not wear proper attire and footwear.
Release: In addition to assuming all risks associate with my use of the Equipment and participation in any related activity, you agree, for yourself and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE MIR Hanson Associates, LLC and its respective direct and indirect owners, affiliates, members, shareholders, partners, officers, agents, employees, representatives, and successors (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, charges, demands, sums of money, actions, rights, causes of action, obligations or liabilities, you may have resulting from, or arising out of, your use of or access to the Facilities, your use of the Equipment and/or your participation in any related activity. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of the Releasees. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of: (1) the use of the Equipment and your participation in any activity, class, program, personal training or instruction in the Facility ; (2) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any Equipment; (3) contact with other participants; and (6) and all other risks relating to the Facilities and/or the Equipment being known and appreciated by you, as well as those currently unknown to you.  
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect, and the offending provision of provisions severed here from.  
By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated in this waiver and that this release cannot be modified orally.
