GIGI’S NYC x FABLETICS
SCULPT & SHOP EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and attending the Gigi’s NYC x Fabletics Sculpt & Shop event (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
   I understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities, including but not limited to sculpt, Pilates, yoga, stretching, strength, and movement-based classes, involves inherent risks that may result in physical injury, illness, soreness, falls, accidents, or other damages. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event and assume all risks associated with participation.

2. HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT
   I certify that I am physically able to participate in the Event and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any health concerns.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Gigi’s NYC, Fabletics, the event venue, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness, or loss.

4. PERSONAL PROPERTY
   I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings during the Event. Gigi’s NYC and Fabletics are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
   I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the Event. By attending, I grant Gigi’s NYC and Fabletics permission to use my likeness, image, voice, and appearance in marketing, promotional materials, social media, websites, and other content without compensation or further approval.

6. EVENT CHANGES
   I understand that Event details, instructors, timing, giveaways, or offerings may change at any time without prior notice.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
   I acknowledge that all ticket purchases and registrations are final and non-refundable. If I become unable to attend, I understand that I may transfer my ticket to another attendee if permitted by the organizers. I agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes related to my registration.

8. AGREEMENT
   By registering for or attending this Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
