LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket to and/or participating in the Sculpt & Shop event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to Pilates, sculpt classes, and any related physical exercise, involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Gigi’s NYC, Revyve Activewear, and Nrthrn Strong, along with their respective owners, employees, instructors, contractors, partners, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, that may be sustained while participating in the event.

I agree that Gigi’s NYC, Revyve Activewear, and Nrthrn Strong are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Gigi’s NYC, Revyve Activewear, and Nrthrn Strong without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release.
