our yoga sculpt is a mix of traditional yoga, with strength training, pilates movements, cardio, etc!&#x20;

please bring your own mat, your resitsance bands will be provided :)&#x20;

In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
