We're bringing Sculpt & Social back to Beyond Yoga, this time with a little something extra.



Join ALGN MVMNT for an evening of Pilates, private shopping, and an optional guided wine tasting experience.

We'll start with a 45-minute, beginner-friendly Pilates class before moving into an intimate wine tasting led by a guest wine expert. Explore three wines from three different countries, enjoy a curated charcuterie spread, and spend the evening unwinding with us.

ALGN MVMNT

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily agree to participate in the ALGN MVMNT event, which may include a Pilates class, private shopping, and an optional guided wine tasting.

I understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including muscle soreness, strains, falls, dizziness, and other injuries. I accept the risks associated with participation and agree to exercise within my personal limits.

I understand that I may modify or discontinue any exercise at any time.

2. Health & Physical Readiness

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate in the Pilates class.

I agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, physical limitations, pregnancy-related considerations, or other conditions that may affect my ability to participate, to the extent I am comfortable disclosing them.

I understand that ALGN MVMNT does not provide medical advice or medical supervision.

3. Wine Tasting & Alcohol Consumption

Applicable to participants attending the wine tasting experience.

I acknowledge and agree that:

I must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the wine tasting and may be required to present valid identification.

Alcohol consumption is entirely voluntary.

I am responsible for monitoring my own alcohol consumption and understanding my personal tolerance.

I will not consume alcohol if doing so would be unsafe due to medications, medical conditions, or other circumstances.

I will not drive while impaired and will arrange safe transportation when necessary.

ALGN MVMNT and the wine tasting provider may refuse alcohol service when appropriate.

I understand that alcohol consumption carries risks, including impaired judgment, allergic reactions, and other adverse effects.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

I understand that charcuterie and other refreshments may contain common allergens, including dairy, nuts, wheat, and other ingredients.

I am responsible for asking about ingredients and determining whether any food or beverage is suitable for my dietary needs.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Texas law, I release ALGN MVMNT, its owners, instructors, employees, representatives, and event partners, including Beyond Yoga and the participating wine tasting provider, from claims arising from ordinary negligence in connection with my participation in the event.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless conduct, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived.

6. Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event. To the extent permitted by law, ALGN MVMNT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. Photography & Video

I understand that photography and video recording may occur during the event for promotional purposes.

Photo & Video Consent (Optional):

[ ] I consent to ALGN MVMNT using photographs or videos featuring my likeness for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

[ ] I do not consent to promotional use of my likeness.

I understand that declining photography consent will not prevent me from participating in the event.

8. Emergency Assistance

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize event personnel to contact emergency services when reasonably necessary.

I understand that I am responsible for medical expenses associated with my care, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that:

I have read and understand this waiver.

I voluntarily agree to participate in the event.

I understand the risks associated with physical activity and, if applicable, alcohol consumption.

I understand that this agreement affects certain legal rights, including my ability to bring claims for ordinary negligence.

I am signing this agreement voluntarily.
