Spend your Labor Day Weekend morning moving, slowing down, and experiencing wellness the Embody way 🎀

Sculpt & Soundbath is a two-hour wellness experience that takes you from an energizing sculpt session to complete stillness, with everything thoughtfully planned for you along the way.

You’ll move. You’ll reset. You’ll sip matcha. And you’ll do it all in the Embody set of your choice.

THE FLOW 🩵

SCULPT
We’ll start with a 50-minute Sculpt x Strength session with Yara Castillo designed to energize, challenge, and give you that feel-good burn.

SOUNDBATH 
Then, trade the burn for stillness with a 45-minute restorative soundbath led by Niajae of Bliss Wellness Tampa. Settle into your mat, slow everything down, and let your nervous system reset.

MATCHA 🍵
What’s a Sunday without matcha? Bottled matchas will be waiting for you to enjoy as we close out the experience.

Mats and props will be provided, so all you have to do is show up.
