Joe Holder, Nike Global Trainer and founder of Exercise Snacks, and Seaport are bringing you free workouts all summer long!



**PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE SIGN UP LINK FOR THE August 10th class**



Join us on the Heineken Riverdeck Greenspace at Pier 17  for an workout focused on cross training, prehab, and strength for runners!&#x20;



To get better at running you need to do more than run and this class will provide the tools to make sure you stay fresh, feel strong, and stay healthy whether you're training for a marathon or just looking to run around the block.&#x20;



All levels welcomed!&#x20;



Class begins at 6 PM, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get set up. Mats and equipment will be provided - just bring the energy and supportive cross-training shoes. We will also have water and cooling station on site!



Please sign the waiver beforehand if possible!&#x20;
