This Monday, August 24th, we are bringing you a recovery focused Pilates class by Kayla Principato, founder of MndBod Pilates! 


**PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE SIGN UP LINK FOR THE AUGUST 24th class**

Join us on the Heineken Riverdeck Greenspace at Pier 17 for a restorative blend of movement that links breath to movement, while flowing to the beat of the music. This  class aims to strengthen, stretch, and provide clarity to the mind and body. 


Class begins at 6 PM, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get set up. Mats and water will be provided  be please bring a water bottle if possible as we will have refillable water bottle stations!&#x20;



Please sign the waiver beforehand if possible!&#x20;
