Join us on the Heineken Riverdeck Greenspace at Pier 17  with a sport-inspired workout focused on strength, conditioning, and mobility. Led by Joe Holder

All levels are welcome. Think a class focused on body weight exercise with inclusion of weights to get that heart rate up while having fun and feeling good!



There are high intensity moments although the equipment is suitable for all levels



Class begins at 9:40 AM, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get set up. Mats and equipment will be provided - just bring the energy and supportive cross-training shoes. We will also have water and cooling station on site!
