**PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE SIGN UP LINK FOR THE SUNDAY August 9th class**



Join us on the Heineken Riverdeck Greenspace at Pier 17  with a sport-inspired workout focused on strength, conditioning, and mobility. Led by Joe Holder and special guest Nike Elite Trainer David Carson!&#x20;



All levels are welcome. Think a class focused on body weight exercise to get that heart rate up while having fun and feeling good!



Class begins at 9:30 AM, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get set up. Mats and equipment will be provided - just bring the energy and supportive cross-training shoes. We will also have water and cooling station on site!



Please sign the waiver beforehand if possible!&#x20;
