Join **Higher Vibration Living** for Seasonal Reset—an elevated candlelit evening of movement, restoration, and connection designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to step into fall with intention.

The evening begins with a 45-minute gentle yoga flow led by Higher Vibration Living founder **Giavanna Morán**, followed by guided breathwork, reflection, and seasonal intention setting—creating space to slow down, check in, and reconnect with yourself.

After the practice, stay, mingle, and enjoy post-class wellness activations, optional complimentary B-12 injections from **Viva La Med Spa**, curated wellness goodies, partner experiences, and time to connect with the HVL community.

ARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE & MEDIA CONSENT

By registering for and/or participating in Seasonal Reset: A Wellness Experience by Higher Vibration Living at Hotel 55, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may include yoga, breathwork, movement, wellness activities, compression therapy, and other optional experiences. I understand that physical and wellness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, dizziness, discomfort, falls, or other adverse reactions.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for determining whether an activity is appropriate for me. I agree to stop participating and seek assistance if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

HEALTH & MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that Higher Vibration Living, its instructors, Hotel 55, and the event hosts are not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I am responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, pregnancy, injury, medication, or other circumstance that may affect my ability to safely participate.

OPTIONAL B-12 INJECTIONS & THIRD-PARTY WELLNESS SERVICES
I understand that B-12 injections and other wellness services offered during the event are completely optional and are provided by independent third-party wellness providers, not by Higher Vibration Living or Hotel 55.

I understand that participation in any such service is subject to the provider's own eligibility requirements, medical screening, informed consent, instructions, and policies. I am responsible for providing accurate health information directly to the provider and for deciding whether to participate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I acknowledge that Higher Vibration Living and Hotel 55 are not responsible for the administration, medical suitability, effects, reactions, complications, or outcomes of services performed by independent third-party providers.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation and release and hold harmless Higher Vibration Living, Giavanna Morán, Hotel 55, their respective owners, employees, instructors, representatives, affiliates, and event partners from claims arising from the inherent risks of my voluntary participation in event activities, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
I understand that photography and video may take place during the event and that images or recordings may be used by Higher Vibration Living, Hotel 55, and participating event partners for promotional, social media, marketing, and editorial purposes.

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand that I must notify the event team before the event begins so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate my request.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that Higher Vibration Living and Hotel 55 are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where otherwise required by law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily agree to its terms, and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights to the extent permitted by law.
