Step into a half day adventure of movement, music, workshops, and meaningful connection at the Seattle Wellness Block Party. We’re bringing the community together for an indoor/outdoor celebration of everything that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.

Community health is in decline - 1 in 3 adults report loneliness, 23% struggle with mental health, and Seattle scores just 56/100 in social cohesion.

We’re here to change that.

The Wellness Block Party is more than just a gathering — it’s a movement to make healthy living social and accessible. Together, we’re creating space for connection, play, and holistic well-being.

This event is designed to be welcoming to all levels of wellness curiosity - whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just starting to explore new ways to feel good.

This Event invites you to choose your own adventure! Participate in as many or few workshops as you like! Socialize and explore our Outdoor Lounge any time for interactive zones, vendors, and Cold Plunge / Sauna!

9:00 AM - Doors + Welcome & Coffee and Mingle Hour

10:00 AM - Yoga Class (Workshop #1 - 45 mins)

45 mins RECESS - Connect, Play Experience, & Checkout the Vendors

11:30 AM - HIIT (Workshop #2 - High Intensity Workout - 45 mins)

45 mins RECESS - Connect, Play Experience, & Checkout the Vendors

1:00 PM - Guided Breathwork/Meditation (Workshop #3)

2:00 PM - Closing
