​Seattle Wellness Summit 2026 is a wellness experience designed to support you in thriving physically, emotionally, and financially. Rooted in education, movement, and meaningful connection, the summit brings together expert-led workshops, immersive wellness experiences, and intentional community in a supportive, energizing environment.

Co-hosted by Crunch & Brunch and Yerbana, the day begins with a warm welcome. Attendees will move and reset with a guided yoga session, then dive into educational offerings designed to be practical, empowering, and accessible. Lunch will be provided.
