**Seattle Wellness Summit 2026** is a full-day wellness experience designed to support women and allies in thriving mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. Rooted in education, movement, and meaningful connection, the summit brings together expert-led workshops, immersive wellness experiences, and intentional community in a supportive, energizing environment.

*Co-hosted by Crunch & Brunch and Yerbana, t*he day begins with a warm welcome featuring snacks, coffee, and matcha, followed by light icebreakers to support authentic connection and ease people into the experience. Attendees will move and reset with a guided yoga session, then dive into educational offerings designed to be practical, empowering, and accessible.

**The day includes:**

* 🧘‍♀️  **Guided yoga** and rejuvenating **soundbath**
* 💸  **Financial Literacy** workshop with Columbia Bank
* 🥗  **Lunch** + **Learn** on Emotional Wellness & Sleep Hygiene
* 💗  **Curated wellness** activations and experiences throughout the day, goodie bags, raffles

Throughout the summit, guests can explore a **vibrant** **wellness marketplace** and activations including meditation rooms, acupuncture, mini massages and facials, aesthetic services, a photo booth, and more — allowing everyone to engage at their own pace.

The experience closes with a **restorative soundbath** designed to help participants integrate the day, regulate the nervous system, and **leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired.**

Each attendee will also receive a thoughtfully curated wellness goodie bag filled with wellness products and resources to support their journey beyond the summit.
