This isn’t a regular sauna session.
This is a **fully guided sauna and cold plunge ritual rooted in Korean spa culture**.

Drawing inspiration from jjimjilbang (korean spa) traditions, this experience uses heat, cold, breath, scent and stillness to help the body reset and the mind slow down.

Over 75 minutes, you’ll be **guided through three intentional rounds** inside the sauna. Each round builds on the last, moving from warming and grounding, to shared energy, to deep calm and reflection.

A trained contrast therapy facilitator **guides you the entire time inside the sauna and through the cold plunge**, so you don’t have to think, plan, or push yourself. You’re welcome to come solo and simply follow along.

6:00 PM — Arrival & Welcome
6:30 PM — Round 1: Open
7:15 PM — Round 2: Peak
8:00 PM — Round 3: Close
8:15–9:00 PM — Optional Social Hang (connect & unwind)
