Meet Your Instructor

Tami is an RYT200 hr yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance certified by the award-winning Mimi Yoga Studio. Tami’s classes emphasize the power of affirmations and connection to the energy body, empowering others through liberating expression. As a first-gen Haitian American and Miami resident for over 10 years, Tami is passionate about building community.

Her purpose is to continue sharing the life-changing benefits of yoga and wellness with diversity and inclusion in mind. She regularly leads body movement synchronized to sound and vinyasa flows with breathwork sessions, online and in-person.
