Set One: The Launch

Presented by Set by Sarah

A wellness-focused gathering designed to bring people together through movement, sensory experience, and intentional connection.

The Set Series was created from a simple idea: the moments that make us feel most alive don’t always exist in one space — so we get to create them. Set One is the first experience in the series: an intentionally curated 2-hour experience designed to help you move your body, slow down, reconnect, + gather in a more meaningful way.

More than a workout or social event, this is a layered experience blending wellness, hosting, + togetherness into one shared space.

Come solo or with a friend — you’ll be welcomed either way!

What to Expect

• Guided yoga, dance cardio + meditation led by The Set Series founder, Sarah Liberati.
• Intentional social connection moments
• Curated wine experience
• Cacao + chocolate tasting
• Charcuterie grazing
• Wellness + lifestyle pop-ups
• Time to linger, connect, and explore

Expect a warm, elevated atmosphere where wellness and gathering aren’t separate — they’re part of the same experience.
