The Set Series was created from a simple idea: the moments that make us feel most alive don’t always exist in one space — so we get to create them. Set One is the first experience in the series: an intentionally curated 2-hour experience designed to help you move your body, slow down, reconnect, + gather in a more meaningful way.

More than a workout or social event, this is a layered experience blending wellness, hosting, + togetherness into one shared space.

Come solo or with a friend — you’ll be welcomed either way!
