An open-air late-summer celebration of movement, music, connection, and feeling alive.

Set Three marks the next chapter of The Set Series — moving from **The Launch** and **Aperitivo** into **The Arrival**.

Hosted at **The Grove in downtown Rochester**, this experience brings the energy of a refined summer day gathering to the city. Sunshine, a live DJ set, movement, elevated food + drink, and intentional moments to connect — all thoughtfully brought together to create an experience that feels as good as it looks.

We’ll begin with a live DJ set and a 50-minute movement experience led by **Sarah Liberati, founder of The Set Series**, blending yoga, sculpt, and dance-inspired movement to an upbeat soundtrack. From there, the experience opens up into a summer social hour with the DJ, where you can sip a glass of wine or NA beverage from Unwine’d, visit the Manna Boards cannoli bar, enjoy a chocolate tasting, and connect with the people around you.

And when the summer heat sets in, **Lumos brings the ultimate reset with a cold plunge experience** — a chance to cool down, recharge, and fully arrive in the moment.

The Arrival is about showing up — **in your body, in the moment, with your people, and as your most confident self.**

This is more than a workout. It’s a late-summer gathering designed to leave you feeling **more alive than when you arrived.**
