Join us for a transformational and clarifying journey into the other worlds, where we weave together traditional shamanic ritual, breathwork patterns, somatic healing, ancestral sound, and heartfelt conversation. 

With the power of the breath and the steady beat of the drum, we’ll enter non-ordinary states of consciousness to invite physical and energetic healing, receive clarity and guidance on your path, and connect with messages from your spiritual allies and unique ancestral support system—all held in a trauma-informed, warm, and supportive community container.

We will begin with a traditional cleansing limpia, followed by a grounding somatic practice and an opening circle to set intentions. Together, we’ll review the journey format and breathwork options before settling in. Participants are then invited to lie down with eye shades, allowing the rhythmic sounds of ancestral instruments—flute, rattle, and drum—to carry the journey forward.

As we return, there will be time to journal and integrate your experience, with the option to share reflections in community.

This journey offers the opportunity to return with a greater clarity of awareness, deeper sense of self trust, and a strengthened bond with your spiritual support system.

Please bring: a journal, pen, eye shade, and any supportive or resourcing object you’d like nearby for the journey.
