This is your invitation to honor what was, release what no longer serves, and dance into what's becoming. We're creating a sacred space for remembrance, connection, and joyful celebration, unlike anything Alameda has experienced.

**What to Expect:**

🕯️ **Sound Bath Meditation** - Begin in stillness with a grounding sound bath to set intentions
🌺 **Community Altar** - Honor your loved ones who have passed (bring photos to add to our ofrenda)
🎧 **DJ EJelectric** - Dance under the stars to curated beats and immersive soundscapes
🍹 **Craft Mocktails** - Sip our signature Marigold Mocktail and other alcohol-free beverages for purchase, like the [Electro Lime](https://bestdaybrewing.com/collections/core-beers/products/electro-lime-cerce-de-cerveza) from Best Day Brewing, and Original Sin [Ciders](https://www.origsin.com/)

**4:00 PM** - Doors open, altar creation begins
**4:30 PM** - Sound bath meditation
**5:30 PM** - Transition to celebration, mocktails & vendors
**6:00 PM** - DJ set begins, dancing & connection
**7:00 PM** - Closing circle

Waiver and Release of Liability
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Shapeshifters involves certain risks, including but not limited to: physical activity (dancing, yoga/sound bath), interaction with other participants, consumption of food and beverages, and use of event facilities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.

2. Health and Fitness
I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in this event. I understand that the sound bath and movement activities may require physical exertion, and I accept full responsibility for assessing my own capabilities.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Renew Collective, its organizers, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, Home of Truth (venue), and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Photo and Video Release
I grant Renew Collective permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken of me during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes on social media, websites, and other platforms without compensation.

5. Alcohol-Free Event
I understand this is an alcohol-free event. I agree not to bring or consume alcohol or illegal substances on the premises.

6. Code of Conduct
I agree to treat all participants, organizers, vendors, and staff with respect. I understand that disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Personal Belongings
I understand that Renew Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

8. Minors
If I am signing on behalf of a minor (under 18), I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
