# She Glws Pilates Villa Waiver, Release of Liability & Media Consent

**Event:** She Glws Pilates Villa Experience

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

## 1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a She Glws wellness experience that may include, but is not limited to, Pilates, stretching, light movement, walking around a private villa, poolside socializing, food and beverage service, brand activations, photos, videos, and interaction with vendors or sponsors.

I understand that participation is optional, and I am responsible for choosing the level of activity that is appropriate for my body, health, and comfort.

## 2. Health & Fitness Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that Pilates and physical movement involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, dizziness, dehydration, slips, falls, sprains, strains, injury, or aggravation of a pre-existing condition.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event. I understand that She Glws, the instructor, vendors, sponsors, villa owner, property manager, staff, contractors, and event partners are not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I agree to stop participating immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating if I am pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether Pilates or event activities are safe for me.

## 3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that this event is taking place at a private villa and may include indoor and outdoor areas, stairs, tiled surfaces, uneven surfaces, poolside areas, wet areas, furniture, décor, fitness mats, food displays, beverages, and vendor setups.

I knowingly assume all risks related to my attendance and participation, including risks caused by my own actions, the actions of other attendees, the condition of the property, or the ordinary negligence of She Glws, its team, instructors, vendors, sponsors, contractors, event partners, the villa owner, and property representatives.

## 4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release, waive, and discharge She Glws, its founder, employees, contractors, instructors, vendors, sponsors, partners, photographers, videographers, volunteers, the villa owner, property manager, and all related parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my attendance, participation, or presence at the event.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, illness, property damage, lost or stolen belongings, allergic reactions, food or beverage consumption, participation in Pilates or wellness activities, use of the villa or poolside areas, vendor services, sponsor activations, photography, videography, and ordinary negligence.

## 5. Food, Beverage & Allergy Disclaimer

I understand that food, beverages, and samples may be provided by chefs, vendors, sponsors, or event partners. I acknowledge that She Glws cannot guarantee that any food, drink, product, or surface is free from allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, shellfish, or other allergens.

I am responsible for notifying vendors of any allergies or dietary restrictions and for deciding what I choose to consume. I release She Glws and all related parties from responsibility for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, illness, or adverse reactions related to food, beverages, supplements, skincare, wellness products, or samples provided at the event.

## 6. Pool & Property Safety

I understand that the event may take place near a pool or water feature. I agree not to enter the pool unless it is clearly permitted by the host. I understand there may be wet surfaces, pool edges, stairs, or other hazards.

I agree to act responsibly, follow event rules, and avoid behavior that could put myself or others at risk. I understand that She Glws reserves the right to remove any attendee who behaves unsafely, disruptively, or disrespectfully.

## 7. Personal Belongings

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings, including my phone, purse, clothing, jewelry, shoes, fitness items, and any valuables I bring to the event.

She Glws is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

## 8. Media Release

I understand that photography and videography will be taken during the event. By attending, I give She Glws, its photographers, videographers, sponsors, vendors, and event partners permission to photograph, film, record, and use my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in event content.

This content may be used for social media, websites, email marketing, advertisements, sponsor recaps, promotional materials, press, brand partnerships, and future She Glws marketing.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of this content. If I prefer not to be featured in close-up photos or videos, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the She Glws team upon arrival. She Glws will make reasonable efforts to respect this request but cannot guarantee that I will not appear in background or crowd footage.

## 9. Email, Marketing & Partner Communication

By purchasing a ticket, I agree that my name, email address, and event-related information may be used by She Glws for event communication, future updates, newsletters, promotional offers, and community announcements.

I also understand that my email or basic attendee information may be shared with select event partners, vendors, or sponsors for event-related purposes, follow-up offers, or brand communication. I understand I may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time where applicable.

## 10. Ticket Policy

I understand that ticket purchases are subject to the refund, transfer, and cancellation policy listed on the ticketing page. I understand that the private villa address will be released only to confirmed ticket holders after purchase and closer to the event date.

I agree not to share the private event address publicly or with anyone who has not purchased a ticket.

## 11. Age Requirement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. If I am purchasing a ticket for another attendee, I understand that each attendee must agree to this waiver before participating.

## 12. Agreement

By checking the box at checkout, purchasing a ticket, or attending the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Consent.

I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring claims against She Glws and related parties for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation, attendance, or presence at the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
