* **10:30 - 10:45 AM** – Doors open. Welcome, goodie bags & social
* **10:45 - 11:30 AM** – Pilates class&#x20;
* **11:30 - 1:00 PM** – Padel Sessions&#x20;
* **1:00 - 1:20 PM** – Yoga cooldown&#x20;
* **1:20 - 2:15 PM** – Recovery & social
* **2:30 PM** – Wrap up

1. Assumption of Risk
By attending SHE SLAMS at Bay Padel, you acknowledge that participation in fitness and recreational activities carries inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to, muscle strains and sprains, slips, falls, collisions during padel play, and the effects of cold water immersion (cold plunge). You voluntarily assume all such risks and release Bay Padel, its staff, instructors, and affiliates from any liability related to your participation.

2. Eligibility
This event is exclusively for women. By attending, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Medical Considerations & Cold Plunge
This event includes physical activity (Pilates, yoga, and padel) and cold water immersion. These activities may not be suitable for everyone, including individuals who are pregnant or who have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, circulatory issues, or other medical sensitivities. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part, that you have consulted a physician if you have any condition that could be affected, and that you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for stopping any activity — including the cold plunge — if you feel unwell.

4. Safety Guidelines
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Bay Padel staff and instructors. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Waiver and Release of Liability
You waive and release any and all claims against Bay Padel, its employees, instructors, affiliates, or representatives for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from your attendance at SHE SLAMS. First aid assistance may be available but does not imply liability.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bay Padel harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

Your actions at the event.
Violations of these terms.
Any harm caused to other participants or property.

7. Photo and Video Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These materials may be used on Bay Padel's social media, website, or other media without compensation. If you wish to opt out, you must notify staff upon entry. While we will try to honor such requests, complete exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed in public areas.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By entering SHE SLAMS, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these terms.
You voluntarily agree to all of them.
You accept full responsibility for your participation.

The member rate is reserved for active Bay Padel members and is verified against our membership records. Non-member purchases of a member ticket will be charged the difference.
