Soccer

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in recreational soccer activities carries risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, dehydration, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the SheKick event.


2. Health & Medical Condition

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the event and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in light-to-moderate physical activity.


3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless SheKick ATX, Sphere.Club, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in this event.


4. Media Release

I grant SheKick ATX permission to photograph, video record, and use my likeness for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or marketing materials.
