The **Sheru Classic Memorial Day Silent Workout** is a unique rooftop wellness experience presented by **MIA Run Club** and **Sheru Classic Universe** to honor the veterans who gave their lives for our country through fitness, mindfulness, and community. Taking place on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at the Skylawn of the InterContinental Hotel Miami, this immersive silent headphone experience will guide attendees through a dynamic morning of movement featuring a MIA Run Club 5K, functional fitness with Tony Thomas, yoga with Andreina Carvo, guided meditation with Sheru Aangrish, and an electrifying Rebolaxe dance fitness session with Omar Gonzalez. Set against the downtown Miami skyline, the event blends music, wellness, recovery, and connection into a unique Memorial Day Weekend celebration designed to inspire, energize, and unite the Miami wellness and sports community.

**7:00 AM – MIA Run Club 5K Run (downstairs by the Valet)**

Hosted by MIA Run Club

The morning begins with an energizing community run led by MIA Run Club, creating the perfect kickoff to activate participants and set the tone for the day.

 

**8:00 AM – Registration Opens to enter the Skylawn for the Event**

**8:30 AM – Functional Fitness Session**

Led by Tony Thomas

A dynamic functional training workout focused on strength, endurance, mobility, and athletic performance.

 

**9:45 AM – Yoga Experience**

Led by Andreina Carvo

Participants transition into an intentional yoga session designed to improve flexibility, recovery, breathing, and balance.

**11:00 AM - Rebolaxe Dance Fitness**

Led by Omar Gonzalez

The event concludes with a vibrant and electrifying Rebolaxe dance fitness session combining music, movement, energy, and celebration.

 

**11:45 AM – Presentation about Meditation**

Led by Sheru Aangrish

Sheru Meditation Experience will arrive in Miami soon.  Sheru will be speaking about the Sheru platform and the arrival to the US market.
