SHE’S ALL THAT & FIIT PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Organizer: She’s All That Social
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participating in outdoor physical fitness activities, including HIIT and partner-based workouts on the beach, involves inherent risks including physical injury, muscle strain, dehydration, heat-related illness, and falls. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge She’s All That Social, its founders, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Medical Conditions
I confirm that I am in adequate physical health to participate in this event. I agree to inform the instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to the workout. If at any point I feel unwell, I will stop participating immediately.
4. Photo & Video Consent
I grant She’s All That Social permission to photograph and/or record me during this event and to use such images or footage for promotional and social media purposes without compensation.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless She’s All That Social and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in this event.
6. Acknowledgment
By completing your registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, have read this waiver in full, and agree to be bound by its terms.
