Pretty Deadly

Pretty Deadly uses self defense to (re)discover the joy of movement and the power of our bodies. Based on natural movement and body dynamics, Pretty Deadly helps you find what's right for your body, and focus on body literacy over bodily harm. Our training is based in Ninjutsu, but incorporates movements and techniques from 11 different martial arts styles. We welcome anyone who identifies as female to learn practical, reliable self defense in a non-combative, non-competitive environment.
