Saturday is our group’s long run.  We have a selection of distances (anywhere in the range of 4 to 20 miles, depending on the day) and paces (generally anywhere between 7 and 12 minutes per mile).  We meet at the Zero Mile Marker on Town Lake, @ 676 W Riverside.  From the parking lot, just walk towards the river.  The parking lot typically fills up by about 6:45 am so plan accordingly.  We get around 50 runners every Saturday (our regular attendees usually don’t sign up on SweatPals).  See our website for more information or to contact us.  We are always FREE.
