1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that shuffle dance classes, fitness activities, and related events organized by Shuffle Lab involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, sprains, fractures, falls, cardiovascular complications, and other unforeseen injuries that may result in temporary or permanent disability, or even death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own health and safety. 

I further agree that I will not hold Shuffle Lab, its owner(s), instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, or any associated facility liable for any injury, accident, illness, or damages that I may sustain as a result of participation in any Shuffle Lab class or event, whether occurring before, during, or after my participation.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & WAIVER OF CLAIMS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Shuffle Lab, its owner(s), instructors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, or any venue in which classes are held, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that I or my representatives may have for injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation.

3. MEDICAL FITNESS & RESPONSIBILITY
I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in shuffle dance and fitness activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating. I acknowledge that Shuffle Lab does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of an injury, I authorize Shuffle Lab staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary, at my own expense.

4. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shuffle Lab, its owner(s), instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from my participation in Shuffle Lab activities, including any claims brought by third parties due to my actions or injuries sustained during class.

5. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I understand that Shuffle Lab may record, photograph, or capture video during classes for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertisements. By signing this waiver, I grant full permission to Shuffle Lab to use any such media without compensation. I acknowledge that Shuffle Lab makes reasonable efforts to respect individual preferences regarding media use, but participation in class constitutes consent to appear in such content.

6. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. I acknowledge that by signing below, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Shuffle Lab and its affiliates in the event of an injury or accident.
