Due to high demand, we’re bringing the party back to Glenrosa for another unforgettable sunset workout on the golf course.

Alondra will be leading you through a sculpt-style workout designed to make you feel strong, confident, and energized all while moving your body during golden hour.

After class, enjoy refreshing drinks from COCO5, energy drinks, Gym Juice, and a post-workout protein shake from Koia to refuel and connect with the community.

No need to bring anything besides your water mats will be provided for everyone.

Theme is of course pink 💗 but wear whatever you feel most comfortable in and come ready to move, connect, and have the best time.

SimplicityCo Movement Event Waiver & Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in a SimplicityCo Movement event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in fitness activities, including but not limited to group workouts, strength training, and movement-based classes, involves inherent risks. These risks may include injury, muscle soreness, falls, or other physical harm.
I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur.

2. Medical Acknowledgment
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity if needed.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge SimplicityCo Movement, Alondra Sanchez, event staff, partners, vendors, and the event venue (including Glenrosa Golf Course) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in the event.

4. Photo & Video Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, I grant SimplicityCo Movement permission to use my image, likeness, and content across social media, websites, and promotional materials without compensation.

5. Personal Property
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings. SimplicityCo Movement is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Event Guidelines
I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and event staff. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, or failure to attend.

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms outlined in this waiver.
