SimplicityCo Movement Event Waiver & Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and attending any SimplicityCo Movement class, event, workshop, or wellness experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness classes, Pilates-inspired sculpt sessions, resistance training, wellness events, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, falls, illness, or other physical harm.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which may occur as a result of my participation.

Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have consulted with a physician if necessary regarding my participation.
I understand that SimplicityCo Movement, its founder, instructors, partners, venue hosts, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless SimplicityCo Movement, Alondra Sanchez, all instructors, event partners, venue owners, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained while participating in or attending this event.
This includes injuries resulting from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Personal Belongings
I understand that SimplicityCo Movement is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the event.

Photo & Video Release
I grant permission for SimplicityCo Movement and its partners to photograph and record video content during the event for marketing, promotional, social media, and business purposes without compensation.

No Refund Policy
I understand that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by SimplicityCo Movement.

Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, signing below, or attending the event, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to these conditions.
