EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS
By purchasing a ticket for and attending the SimplicityCo Movement + Patch Method event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness classes, Pilates-inspired sculpt sessions, resistance training, wellness activities, and any event-related experiences involves physical activity and carries the risk of injury, illness, physical strain, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe involvement in these activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in this event, including but not limited to workouts, use of equipment, vendor activations, mocktail bar participation, photo booth activities, and all on-site experiences.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge SimplicityCo Movement, Patch Method, event hosts, venue partners, instructors, staff, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during or after participation in this event.

I understand that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event host.
I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used by SimplicityCo Movement and Patch Method for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
