By participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a social event involving public venues, food, and beverages carries certain risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with attending this event.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Naples Flirt Club, NGWC Studios, Bar Tulia, and all affiliated organizers, sponsors, and vendors from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
Personal Conduct
I agree to participate responsibly and respectfully. Naples Flirt Club reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior without refund or liability.
Medical Consent
In case of emergency, I authorize event organizers to obtain necessary medical assistance and understand that I am responsible for any related expenses.
Media Release
I grant permission to Naples Flirt Club / NGWC Studios to use any photos or videos captured during the event for marketing, social media, or promotional use without further consent or compensation.
Acknowledgment
