Every Friday at Noon at Squatch, Coach Odessa leads a 1-hour fun circuit workout designed for people who want to take care of their bodies without the pressure of being “morning fitness” people. It’s approachable, energizing, and built for consistency — not punishment.

Each Friday also includes an optional donation, which rotates monthly to support organizations serving the music and service communities.
