Austin runs on the people who keep the nights alive — the bartenders, musicians, cooks, comics, techs, servers, and everyone who doesn’t live on a 5AM schedule. We created SINNERS: The Industry Workout as a weekly pregame for them.

Every Friday at Noon at Squatch, Coach Odessa leads a 1-hour fun circuit session designed for night owls and shift warriors who want to take care of their bodies without having to become early-morning gym robots. The playlist each week features local Austin musicians, often the same artists playing shows that weekend — so you can warm up to their tracks and then catch them live later that night.

Each Friday also includes an optional donation, which rotates monthly to support organizations serving the service and music community.
For December, donations will go to the SIMS Foundation, supporting mental health and recovery services for Austin musicians and performers.
