We’re taking it to the streets! Join us for a **FREE 3-mile community run/walk** through the city, starting at **CKO at 7 PM** and making our way to **Sip & Shine**.

We’ll have **pacers to keep you moving**, good music, good energy, and a community of people coming together to move, connect, and have a good time.

And because we’re Sip & Shine… we’re starting the night with a **complimentary electrolyte popsicle** to get you fueled before we hit the streets. ⚡️

By registering for or participating in Sip & Run, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a 3-mile run/walk and understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, falls, dehydration, weather conditions, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and accept responsibility for my own safety and well-being throughout the event. I agree to follow the instructions of the event organizers and pacers and to stop participating if I feel unsafe or unwell.

By attending this event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release Sip & Shine, CKO, the event organizers, pacers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that any refreshments provided during the event, including the complimentary electrolyte jelly shot and recovery protein smoothie, are optional and consumed at my own discretion.
