By participating in this Sip 'n' Serve Society volleyball event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

2. Release of Liability: I release Sip 'n' Serve Society, its hosts, organizers, and the event venue from any liability, claims, or demands arising from injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during this event, regardless of cause.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sip 'n' Serve Society, its hosts, organizers, and venue for any claims or damages arising from my participation.
