We're bringing pottery painting to The House on Lang once again for a night made for the people who keep saying "I should try that" and never do. Grab a brush, pick your colors, and make something with your hands, no experience needed, no talent required.



This one's **set outdoors** in The House on Lang's backyard, so come dressed for a night under the open air, comfy, weather-ready.

* Your own pottery piece to paint, start to finish
* All paint, brushes, and supplies
* Your piece glazed and fired after the event, ready for pickup after a week.
* A room full of people just as unsure of their pottery skills as you are

Want to keep sipping? The House on Lang's bar will be open all night, so you can grab more drinks directly from them throughout the event.



Come solo or bring your favorite person, either way you'll leave with a drink in you and a pottery piece with your name on it.

**After you grab your ticket, keep an eye out for a quick form, it helps us seat you next to people you'll actually vibe with (or right next to your friends, if you're rolling in a group) & will give you the option to choose the pottery piece you want to paint.**

By registering for and attending this For The Plot Society event ("Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following. Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that attending this Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: the consumption of alcohol; the use of ceramics, pottery, paint, brushes, and hand tools; contact with wet paint, glazes, and other materials; broken glass or ceramic; slips, trips, falls, and spills; and general risks of being in a social venue with other people. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation.
ALCOHOL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand alcohol may be served or available at this Event. If I choose to consume alcohol, I confirm I am 21 years of age or older, that I will drink responsibly, and that I am solely responsible for my own conduct and safety. I agree not to drive or operate a vehicle while impaired, and I release For The Plot Society and its hosts from any liability arising from my consumption of alcohol.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In exchange for being allowed to attend, I release, waive, and discharge For The Plot Society, its founders, organizers, hosts, volunteers, and partners (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from my attendance — INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED ON THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, or costs (including attorney's fees) they may incur due to my attendance or resulting from any claim brought by me or on my behalf.
MEDICAL & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I confirm I am in adequate health to participate. I am responsible for any medical costs I incur, and I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical care on my behalf if needed.
PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant For The Plot Society, its founders, and its partners and sponsors the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record me at the Event, and to use, reproduce, edit, and publish my image, likeness, voice, and name in any and all media — including but not limited to social media, websites, digital and print advertising, paid ad campaigns, marketing and promotional materials, and any future media or platforms now known or later developed. I understand these materials may be used to promote For The Plot Society and its events and may appear in paid advertising. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and any right to compensation of any kind. I release the Released Parties from any claim, including for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity, arising from this use.
PROPERTY
I am responsible for my own personal belongings and for any damage I cause to the venue or its property.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute shall be handled in Orange County, Florida.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO SUE. I AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY. By registering for this Event, I confirm I am 18 or older and that I accept these terms on my own behalf.
