Event: Sip & Sculpt: Pilates for Mamis
Location: The Whole Enchilada (May 9th, 2026)

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Pilates, movement activities, and event-related experiences (including but not limited to stretching, exercise, and physical activity) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my involvement.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sip & Sculpt, its organizers, instructors, staff, contractors, and partners, as well as The Whole Enchilada, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation in this event.

3. Indemnification

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sip & Sculpt, its organizers, instructors, staff, partners, and venue from any claims, actions, or damages brought by third parties as a result of my participation.

4. Medical Responsibility

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical concerns. In the event of an emergency, I authorize event staff to seek medical assistance if deemed necessary.

5. Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and grant permission for my likeness to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Sip & Sculpt and its partners, unless I notify the organizer in writing prior to the event.

6. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
