What to expect:
Expect a dynamic Mat Pilates sculpt class designed to strengthen, tone, and challenge your body through intentional flows and spicy core work, all to a high-energy playlist of rap, reggaeton, and house that keeps you moving and motivated! We’ll flow, pulse, and stretch together, leaving you feeling strong, confident, and glowing!

After class, sip on an iced matcha, mingle with good people, and soak up the community vibe that makes Jac on the Mat so special. Bring your best energy, wear all black, and get ready to sculpt, sip, and connect!

Jac on the Mat: Sip & Sculpt — Event Waiver & Release


By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in Jac on the Mat: Sip & Sculpt (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:



Voluntary Participation:
I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a physical fitness class that includes Pilates-inspired exercises and other activities that may involve physical exertion.



Health & Safety:
I represent that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and inform the instructor of any injuries or concerns before class begins.



Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that participation in this Event carries certain inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, or other injuries. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks.



Release of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release Jac on the Mat, its instructors, venue hosts, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or related to any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during or after my participation in this Event.



Photo & Video Consent:
I grant permission for Jac on the Mat to use any photos or videos taken during the Event for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. (You may opt out by emailing prior to the Event.)



Acknowledgment:
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I sign it freely and voluntarily.
