Strength and sculpt movements will leave you feeling strong, motivated, and energized, with all levels welcome. Led by NASM CPT and AFAA group fitness certified instructor Sofia C.

After class, hang out for drinks and/or brunch before the brewery opens to the public. Come solo or bring your friends for a fun summer morning in Denver ☀

IN HLTH – Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending and participating in the IN HLTH Sip & Sculpt event hosted at Briar Brewery, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities, including but not limited to strength training, sculpt workouts, stretching, and other physical activity, involves inherent risks including injury, illness, falls, muscle strain, heat-related illness, and other potential health complications.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any medical concerns or conditions.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless IN HLTH, its owner(s), instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and event partners, including Briar Brewery and its owners, employees, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in the event, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence.

I understand that participation is voluntary and I may stop participation at any time if I feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any other medical concern.

I authorize IN HLTH and/or event staff to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for any associated medical costs.

I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by IN HLTH. By attending, I grant permission for my likeness to be used in future marketing materials, social media content, and promotional materials without compensation.

I acknowledge that alcohol may be available for purchase or consumption after the workout and understand that I am solely responsible for my own decisions and conduct related to alcohol consumption.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the IN HLTH Participant Waiver & Release of Liability.
