Persona Pilates is bringing its signature mat pilates class right to Rosewood Social Club! Expect the same high-energy, good vibes, and full-body burn right on the patio with a FREE sweet coffee ☕️🙂 (or un-sweet, we don’t judge!) 

Whether you are a pilates pro or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this is the perfect way to move your body, connect with your community, and spend a fun morning at your favorite coffee house!

What to expect: 
A 45 minute, high-energy class led by one of our best instructors! Arrive at 8AM. Class starts at 8:10AM — Expect good music and good vibes 😎

This ticket includes a FREE coffee!! 

What to bring: 
🧘‍♂️ A mat (we will only have a few extras) 
🏋️ A towel (Expect to sweat!)
💧A water bottle (Gotta stay hydrated team)
