Whether you’re coming with friends or showing up solo, you’ll be assigned to a team and spend the day competing, connecting, and making memories with an amazing group of people.

LETTUM EAT is a 501c3 Non-Profit mobile food ministry providing free meals to individuals and families suffering from economic hardships and food insecurity.

Mission Statement:
MOBILE FOOD PROVISIONS PREPARED WITH CARE AND SERVED WITH COMPASSION TO THOSE IN NEED

Lettum Eat! Inc. is a non-profit, 501c3 free meal ministry started in 2019 by Chef Hank Reid. Our ministry includes mobile meal kit distributions, prepackage ready to heat meals, hot meal food truck feeding tours, onsite events with sponsorship partners and other non-profit outreach opportunities. Through our efforts, we hope to alleviate some of the pain impacting those suffering economic hardships whether a temporary or permanent need.

SISTA SOCIAL GAMES PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE

By registering for and participating in Sista Social Games: Field Day Edition, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in recreational and athletic activities, including but not limited to relay races, games, walking, running, and other physical activities, involves inherent risks including injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sista Social Run Club, Sista Social, Lettum Eat, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from my participation in the event.

3. MEDICAL TREATMENT

I authorize event staff or emergency personnel to obtain medical treatment on my behalf in the event of an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in event activities and will participate at my own discretion.

5. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Sista Social Run Club, Sista Social, Lettum Eat, and their representatives permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, image, and participation during the event.

I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, educational, and other lawful purposes without compensation or further approval.

I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final use of such materials.


6. AGREEMENT

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release.

I understand that this is a legally binding agreement.

Must be accompanied by a registered adult participant.  Youth participants will be assigned to teams and may participate in Field Day activities.
