By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree that participation in fitness, wellness, and movement-based activities involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, tears, soreness, slips, trips, falls, equipment-related injuries, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, heat-related illness, aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions, serious injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation in this event.
I affirm that I am physically fit and sufficiently prepared to participate in the activities offered. I acknowledge that I have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation, or that I have consulted with a physician regarding any concerns. I understand that no medical personnel may be present on site and that I am solely responsible for monitoring my own physical condition before, during, and after the event.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless How You Run Crew, SLAWTH HAUS, SweatPals, all event organizers, instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the event, including those caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the event. I authorize event organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if deemed necessary and understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment rendered.
I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings and that the released parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. I grant permission for How You Run Crew and its affiliates to photograph, film, or record me during the event and to use such media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
I agree to conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner and acknowledge that event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. I understand that all ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. By agreeing to it, I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to file a lawsuit. I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this waiver voluntarily and intend for it to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
