A weekly choose your own adventure group run.  Newbie?  Getting back into running?  More of a walker?  We'll have a fantastic 3 mile (flat-ish) route mapped out for you + our very own Coach Brian on deck to help you ease (back) into it.

For those of you more seasoned, looking for some longer distances or more of a challenge, we'll have 5 + 7 mile (ish) routes featuring tougher elevation, hills and maybe some dirt to keep you entertained.

Routes will be shared via instagram + email the week before our run + we'll be updating them quarterly.  This will give you ample opportunity to work your way up in distance or to try out a couple of the different route options without getting *too* bored.  We like to mix it up + keep that first date feeling alive with our running.
