**7:30 PM** – Doors Open                                                                                          **8:00–10:00 PM** – Padel matchplay (beginners and intermediate) and 30min complimentary padel clinics for the first 32 Bash pass (GA) signups                                                                                                                          **10:00–11:00 PM** – Padel Matches (high intermediate and advanced) \*\*\*\*                                                                                                                 **8:00–11:00 PM** – Full Party Vibes

* You are responsible for your personal belongings — no lockers available, so please pack light
* Rackets will be available for rent

⚠️ IMPORTANT – EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Smash & Bash event hosted at Padel X Miami, I voluntarily agree to the following:
I understand that participating in the Smash & Bash event — including but not limited to: playing padel, engaging in physical activities such as the pre-party 3K run, dancing, socializing, consuming food and beverages, and being present in a large crowd — involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, property damage, emotional distress, and death. These risks may result from, but are not limited to:

Accidents on or around the padel courts, including falls, collisions, overexertion, or improper use of equipment
Adverse reactions to heat, exertion, loud music, lighting, or physical strain
Slips or falls due to uneven surfaces, wet floors, or spilled drinks
Injuries sustained during movement, dancing, running, or padel matchplay
Foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects from consuming food or beverages sold by vendors
Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings (note: lockers will NOT be provided)
Exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, or other viral/bacterial infections
Incidents or harm resulting from the actions, negligence, or behavior of other participants or third-party vendors

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By attending this event, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Ana Tejedor, Smash & Bash, Padel X Miami, Motion Circle, all event partners, sponsors, vendors, performers, volunteers, and any affiliated businesses, employees, contractors, or representatives, from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, illnesses, liabilities, expenses, or causes of action — whether known or unknown — that may arise from my participation in this event.
This release includes any claims arising from negligence, whether passive or active, and applies to all forms of loss or injury, including personal injury, disability, death, property damage, or economic loss.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and in good physical condition to participate in this event.
I understand that NO refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
I acknowledge that matchplay groupings are based on self-reported skill level and not guaranteed to be perfectly matched.
I understand that Padel is only included in select ticket tiers and clinic access is only guaranteed to the first 32 Bash Pass signups.
I accept full responsibility for monitoring my own physical limits and health during the event.
I understand that alcohol may be present and I am responsible for my consumption and behavior.
I understand that rackets will be available for rent or loan, but availability is limited and not guaranteed.
I understand that I am fully responsible for any injuries or incidents that occur as a result of not following rules, safety guidelines, or instructions given by staff.

MEDIA RELEASE
By attending this event, I grant Smash & Bash, Padel X, and affiliated partners the unrestricted right to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photos, videos, or recordings of me at the event for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing this ticket and/or entering the event premises, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability, and that I accept all risks involved.
