by registering for and attending this event, i acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

assumption of risk

i understand that participation in pilates, fitness, wellness activities, recovery modalities (including but not limited to red light therapy, compression therapy, stretching, and movement), and related experiences involves inherent risks. these risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, muscle soreness, strain, dizziness, illness, or other unforeseen conditions.

i voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm that i am physically able to participate in the activities offered. i acknowledge that i am responsible for consulting with a physician or qualified healthcare professional prior to participating if i have any medical concerns, injuries, or conditions.

release of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, i hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless hot holy healed, its founders, owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

this release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, bodily harm, emotional distress, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

release of sponsors, vendors, and partners

i further release and hold harmless all event sponsors, brand partners, vendors, service providers, and their respective owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims arising out of or related to the event, including any products, services, samples, activations, or experiences provided.

release of property owner and venue

i acknowledge that this event may take place on private or third-party property. i hereby release and hold harmless the property owner, venue, landlord, management company, and any related entities from any and all liability arising from my presence on or use of the property.

photo and video release

i grant hot holy healed the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and appearance during the event.

i understand and agree that these photos and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, social media, website, and other lawful business purposes without compensation or further approval. i waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.

medical consent

in the event of an emergency, i authorize hot holy healed and its representatives to seek medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary. i understand that i am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

personal responsibility

i agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety protocols provided during the event. i understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

binding agreement

i acknowledge that i have read this waiver in its entirety, understand its contents, and agree that it is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

by registering for or attending this event, i acknowledge that i am voluntarily agreeing to this waiver and release of liability.
