By purchasing a ticket and attending the Socialista Rooftop Social on July 11, 2026, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following:

I understand that this event includes, but is not limited to, access to a rooftop venue, a swimming pool, alcoholic beverages, food and beverage service, music, entertainment, vendors, and interactive activations. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, drowning, slips, falls, property damage, intoxication, or other unforeseen incidents.

I agree to exercise reasonable judgment, follow all venue rules and instructions, consume alcohol responsibly, and understand that I am solely responsible for my own actions, safety, belongings, and transportation to and from the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Socialista Club LLC, Society Orlando, Thriving Hospitality, Terra Modern American, and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my attendance or participation in the event, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

I acknowledge that photography, videography, and other recordings may take place throughout the event. I grant Socialista Club LLC, Society Orlando, Thriving Hospitality, Terra Modern American, and their respective partners, affiliates, sponsors, and representatives the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, and display my name, image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, social media, and other lawful business purposes, in any format now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve such materials and release the above parties from any claims relating to the use of my likeness, including claims for invasion of privacy or rights of publicity.

Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, weather, illness, failure to attend, or other personal circumstances. If Socialista Club LLC cancels the event or determines, at its sole discretion, that a guest is unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, a ticket credit may be issued toward a future Socialista event. Ticket credits are issued solely at the discretion of Socialista Club LLC, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire one (1) year from the original event date.

By completing my ticket purchase and attending this event, I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older, have carefully read and fully understand this waiver, media release, and ticket policy, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these terms. I understand that by agreeing to these terms, I am waiving certain legal rights.
