### What to Bring



**Grip socks are required for both Pilates experiences.** Please bring your own pair or plan to purchase a pair at BODYBAR prior to class.



Come comfortable, come cute! 🤎 **Neutral-colored Pilates/athleisure attire is highly encouraged** to complement the Soft Life Sunday aesthetic. Think **chocolate, espresso, mocha, taupe, oatmeal, cream, beige, and muted blush.**

### Important Ticket Information



**All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.**



Soft Life Sunday offers **two different Pilates experiences at two different times.** Please carefully review whether you are purchasing the **Mat Pilates Experience or Reformer Pilates Experience** and confirm your selected time before completing checkout.



Tickets are valid only for the experience selected at purchase. Requests to transfer between sessions are subject to availability and **cannot be guaranteed**.



Please arrive **10–15 minutes before your scheduled Pilates class** to allow time for check-in. Late entry into class is subject to BODYBAR's studio and safety policies.

B12 wellness shots are optional and administered by Viva La Med Spa. Eligibility, screening, consent, contraindications, and administration are determined by the administering provider. Sanct Wellness and BODYBAR Pilates do not provide or administer medical services.

Partner-provided services and samples are subject to availability.



Photography and video may be captured during the event for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to be photographed or recorded should notify the Sanct Wellness team at check-in.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily choose to participate in Soft Life Sunday. I understand that Mat and Reformer Pilates, stretching, and the use of exercise equipment involve risks, including muscle strains, sprains, falls, loss of balance, equipment-related injuries, and aggravation of existing conditions. Serious injury may occur. I understand and voluntarily accept these risks.

PERSONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me and seeking medical advice when needed. I will inform my instructor of any limitations relevant to safe participation, follow instructions, and exercise within my abilities. I will stop and notify the instructor if I experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

GRIP SOCKS & STUDIO RULES

Grip socks are required. I am responsible for bringing my own pair and following studio rules. I understand that participation may be restricted if I do not have the required grip socks or cannot participate safely.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, I release Sanct Wellness, the operator of BODYBAR Pilates Fulton Market, and their respective event instructors, employees, and assistants from claims for personal injury or property damage arising from my participation in the Pilates and stretching activities described above, including claims arising from their ordinary negligence in instruction, supervision, or the provision of exercise equipment.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived.

OPTIONAL VENDOR SERVICES & REFRESHMENTS

Participation in any optional wellness service, treatment, or product sampling is voluntary. I will discuss relevant allergies, health conditions, risks, and questions directly with the provider and complete any separate consent required. This waiver does not provide medical consent for injections or other treatments.

I am responsible for asking about ingredients and informing the provider of food or product allergies before consuming refreshments or using samples.

CLASS TIME & TICKET POLICY

I confirm that I have reviewed the start time for my selected class. Mat and Reformer sessions begin at different times. My ticket is valid only for the session selected at checkout, and I agree to arrive before it begins.

Tickets are nonrefundable for attendee cancellations, missed classes, late arrivals, or failure to bring required grip socks, except where applicable law or platform policies require otherwise. Late entry may be restricted for safety. A place in another session is not guaranteed.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read and understand this waiver, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that the release of liability affects my legal rights. By electronically accepting, I am agreeing on my own behalf.
