The Soft & Strong Series begins with a Pilates experience rooted in the balance of softness and strength.

Join us at **BOAST Only CrossFit in Groveland, FL** for a 45-minute Pilates class led by Rena Poston, beginning with opening worship and prayer before flowing into movement.

This session blends a soft, intentional Pilates flow with an optional added challenge.

By registering for and attending the Soft & Strong Series event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Pilates and related movement activities involves physical activity that may include, but is not limited to, stretching, strengthening, and low-impact exercise. I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with physical activity.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for listening to my body and modifying or stopping any movement that does not feel safe or appropriate for me. I understand that I may use or decline the use of optional equipment such as resistance bands or light weights at my own discretion.

I hereby release and hold harmless BOAST Only CrossFit, the instructors, event organizers, volunteers, vendors, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this event.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe involvement, or that I have consulted with a physician if necessary.

I understand that this event may include elements of community gathering, worship, and prayer, and I participate in those elements voluntarily.

By attending, I agree that I am responsible for my own safety, health, and well-being during the event.
